Today's Exerflex Group Exercise floor comes in three styles.  Deciding which type you need depends almost completely on the amount of impact you are expecting the floor to absorb.   Here's a table to help you decide which type of floor is best for you:

Frequent High Impact Classes

Some High Impact Classes

Few, if Any High Impact Classes

No matter which system you choose, they all share these important qualities:

> Exerflex is a 7/8" solid hardwood - not a laminated product, so it may be sanded and refinished a number of times, ensuring a floor that will last and look good for a lifetime.

> Exerflex is free floating, not being held down to the existing subfloor with any type of permanent fasteners,  making the floor easy to move or relocate without causing a loss of your existing flooring investment.

> Exerflex is a prefinished product, which eliminates the extra expense and delays of applying finish to the floor after it is installed.

> Because Exerflex is prefinished and utilizes the patented clip-system installation method, the floor goes in quickly.  Most Exerflex installations are completed in one day.

> Exerflex is easy to maintain - simply a daily dust mopping and weekly damp mopping keeps the floor hygienically safe and in excellent condition for years

> Exerflex is warranted against defects for five years from the date of purchase.  If our factory trained installers do the installation, we warrant their work for five years as well.

Exerflex's system is unique because each board in the floor reacts independently of every other.  The boards are held together with clips, which allows the boards to individually flex upon impact.  This impact is then absorbed by the shock absorbing pad below the wood surface.  The system assures that each individual on the floor will receive proper shock absorption, regardless of their weight class or level of impact.

All Exerflex floors have met or exceeded the most recent EN standards for Sports Flooring.  Many of them have met or exceeded the more stringent DIN Standards as well.
